Wellgranda | Reti di Welfare

This is the first edition of WELLGRANDA. The aim is to contribute to the knowledge and development of welfare systems addressing the needs of the community and be applied by bodies, authorities, businesses and associations in the province of Cuneo through a Territorial Academy (Academy Territoriale).
We intend to work in synergy with local stakeholders, to develop new services, products and models that can develop and thrive thanks to expert mentoring/accompanying and to the links with other national and international stakeholders. WELLGRANDA: expected duration – 3 years in 3 streams:

• Modelling: the aim is to support infrastructure and the strategic approach of the system action. This initiative is reserved to institutions, employers’ and trades’ associations: it consists of a comparison and co-designing to develop a shared project on welfare.
• Territorial Academy (Academy Territoriale): its aim is to support the development of knowledge, sharing and networking on topics relating to community welfare. This stream is reserved to authorities, bodies and communities of the Province of Cuneo, with a focus on those active in culture, the environment, health welfare, and care serves.
• Project Accompaniment/Mentoring: the aim is to support authorities and bodies in developing innovative welfare solutions to improve and increase the wellbeing of both people and their territory. This stream is for those authorities and bodies as well as for partnerships active in the Province of Cuneo who intend to develop innovative welfare projects.
