Support innovative, cultural projects (potentially able to generate social impact) to become financially sustainable and turn into social enterprises.
Ora!2 is a pre-acceleration program aimed at supporting the winning teams of ORA! (public call promoted by Compagnia di San Paolo) in gaining specific and useful skills necessary to launch and scale cultural enterprises.
Carried out in 2018, the experimentation was articulated into 4 training modules for a total of 60 hours of theory and practice.

“Ora!2” was launched as pilot project with the goal of giving continuity to ORA!, an initiative promoted by Compagnia di San Paolo, by sharing knowledge, building new skills and creating business opportunities. The pre-acceleration program, designed and managed by SocialFarewith the intervention of professionals coming from the Design Academy “Maurizio Maggiora”and Experientia, has involved the winning teams of ORA! 2015 and supported them in building skills useful to create cultural enterprises.The program was structured in 4 intensive and thematic modules:
- Module 1_Product & Service validation
- Module 2_Business Modeling + Social Impact Assessment
- Module 3_Marketing & branding + Community Engagement
- Module 4_Startup plan + storytelling and narrative techniques
At the end of the program, the teams had the opportunity to present their projects in front of professionals active in culture and business industries, during an event hosted by the Innovation Center of Intesa Sanpaolo.
The projects involved were:
Forevergreen, BE sm/ART, A.A.R.M., Animal Spirits, ReDiscovery.
Il percorso culmina con “ORA! al quadrato on Stage”: una sessione in cui i 5 team presenteranno il proprio pitch di fronte a soggetti provenienti dal mondo culturale e imprenditoriale.
