The societal challenge:
Every year, food waste in Italy is about 5.1 million tonnes, of which 185 thousand come from restaurants, with associated costs estimated to be around 12.6 billion euros.

The solution proposed:
ReBOX launches a line of recyclable food containers, allowing restaurant’s clients to bring home unconsumed food or drinks. ReBOX containers have been designed considering environmental aspects and are meant to be stored directly in the refrigerator or placed in the microwave as their inside has been specially designed for food storage.
