The societal challenge:
Create sustainable and ethical job opportunities for migrants in the agricultural sector, by guaranteeing regular contracts for workers and supporting companies in their needs.
The solution proposed:
Humus Job is the first Agricultural Job Sharing platform that allows small companies to share labor through territorial network contracts. Companies have the opportunity to employ trained personnel, paying a percentage based on the time spent by the worker and benefiting from support in bureaucratic procedures. At the same time, thanks to the seasonal circularity linked to different productions, Humus guarantees to workers regular contracts throughout the year.
