Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

SocialFare I.S. S.r.l. in its capacity of Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and in accordance with EU Reg. 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such
processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above-mentioned legislation
and the confidentiality obligations stipulated therein.

For the purposes of the indicated processing, the Controller may become aware of special categories of personal data and in detail:
– Personal data (first name, last name, place and date of birth)
– Email address

The processing of personal data for these special categories is carried out in compliance with Article 9 of the GDPR.
Your personal data may also be used for the following purposes:

A. Placement on websites for the promotion of business initiatives

The provision of data is optional for you with regard to the purposes indicated above in letters A, and your refusal to process them does not affect the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the
processing itself.

Method of processing.
Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

  • Outsourcing to third parties for processing operations;
  • Processing of data collected by third parties;
  • Processing by means of computer equipment;
  • Manual processing by means of paper files;
  • Verifications and modifications of data only at the request of a party.

All processing is carried out in accordance with the modalities set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided.

Communication: your data will be communicated only to competent and duly appointed parties for the performance of the services necessary for the proper management of the relationship, with guaranteed protection of the rights of the data subject.

Your data will only be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller.

Your data may be disclosed to third parties duly appointed as Data Processors, specifically:

  • within public and/or private entities for which the communication of data is mandatory or necessary in fulfillment of legal obligations or is otherwise functional to the administration of the relationship;

Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the above purposes, to the following states:

  • EU countries;

Retention Period.
Please note that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Art.
5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:

  • established for a period of time related to the performance of services provided;
  • established for a period of time related to the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and within the mandatory timeframe prescribed by law.

You have the right to obtain from the owner the cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, updating, rectification, portability, opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided for in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of
GDPR.

Reg.to EU 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject

1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data
concerning him/her exists, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
a.
Of the origin of the personal data;
b.
of the purposes and methods of processing;
c.
of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d. of the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated in accordance with
article 5, paragraph 2;
e.
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated
or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State,
of managers or appointees.

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a.
The updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
b.
the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c.
The certification that the operations referred to in letters
(a) and
b) have been brought to the attention,
also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated,
except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means
manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
d. the portability of the data.

4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a.
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the
purpose of collection;
b.
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or
direct sale or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Finally, we would like to remind you that you have the right to apply to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (Piazza Venezia, 11 00187 Rome), in order to assert your rights in relation to the processing of personal data.

You may revoke, at any time, the consent given for the processing of your personal data for purposes related to the inclusion on websites for the promotion of business initiatives.
