ItaliaEducante | Innovative Ecosystems for Educational Resilience is an initiative promoted by Congregazione dei Giuseppini del Murialdo and selected by the social enterprise Con i Bambini to tackle educational poverty.
The project involves more than 160 partners active in 7 Italian regions. SocialFare coordinates ItaliaEducante at the national level, defines guidelines and content, carries out monitoring activities.

How to make children – about to abandon the education system – feel empowered and able to take control of their lives, both in the private and social context?
To tackle the urgent national challenges of school dropout and educational poverty, Congregazione dei Giuseppini del Murialdo launched ItaliaEducante. The project involvesmore than 160 partners, spread across7 Italian regions (Campania, Emilia-Romagna, Piemonte, Puglia, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Calabria), to bring educational and socially inclusive interventions in various schools.
One of the main strengths of the project is represented by its network, able to reach out to roughly 13,000 teens (aged between 11 and 17)thanks to “educational hubs” that allow them to strengthen their skills and build on their talents.
The learning activities offered within the framework of the program lean on the 4 valuesof Congregazione dei Giuseppini del Murialdo (hospitality, autonomy, environment, support).
SocialFare coordinates the project at a national level,defines guidelines and content, carries out monitoring activities. The Department of Political Sciences of the University of Pisais entrusted with the social impact assessment of ItaliaEducante.
