The societal challenge:

Accessibility for services and information on food intolerances and allergies (focus on food and the restaurant sector).

The solution proposed:

A digital platform linked to the restaurant sector that supplies specifications and techniques to restaurant owners and consumers regarding the allergens contained in the foods/menus proposed. An innovative service for people with coeliac disease and people with food intolerances and allergies.
