DoctorApp has developed the first patented system for handling queues and booking in private practice.
The service – for family doctors, pediatricians, experts, and clinics – facilitates the organisation of the office and, at the same time, supports the remote booking system for the patients, meeting the expectations of both parties, by simplifying and making the procedure faster.
The system includes a web-based platform for the private practice’s management, a user-friendly app for patients, and, for those who want it, a totem to be installed at the private practice space for users that struggle using technology. The app also allows communication 1to1 between the private practice and the patient.
