The societal challenge:
Avoid bureaucratic delays relating to the collection of registered delivery post, generating employment for those who are unemployed or need additional income.
The solution proposed:
The platform PrendoPosta allows citizens who have found a ‘failed delivery’ notice in their letterbox to go to the nearest pick up point (tobacconists, newsagent or shop) and instruct a pick up operator to collect the registered delivery mail on their behalf. A saving in time, money and effort!
