GrandUp! Acceleriamo l’impatto sociale

GrandUp! Acceleriamo l’impatto sociale (We accelerate social impact) is the first acceleration program specifically dedicated to the province of Cuneo, designed to support the development of innovative, social impact projects based in that area.

Promoted by Fondazione CRC, the program builds on the experience of SocialFareas a technical partner and the collaboration with Coldiretti, Confartigianato,Confcommercio, Confcooperative and Confindustria Wedge in Cuneo.

GrandUP! is structured in 3 phases:

• Step 1: Social Hackathon 

Informal and participatory events held for citizens of Cuneo have made it possible to outline and address relevant social challenges experienced by the city, with a particular focus on the following topics: culture, tourism, education, welfare, environment and well-being. Over 120 people, divided in 40 teams, took part in4 Social Hackathons and developed innovative proposals with the support of our experts.

• Step 2: Design Your Impact 

10 teams selected through a public call participated to our program for knowledge acceleration and capacity building using methodologies and instruments of social innovation, for a total of 80 hours (distributed over the course of 5 modules).

During the final event “Granda Opportunity Day”, the best teams received a cash prize and/or direct access to the Selection Day of FOUNDAMENTA#6.

• Step 3: FOUNDAMENTA

“Humus”and“Ecostalla”have successfully participated in SocialFare acceleration program for startups and social impact businesses, ending up pitching their projects during the Social Impact Investor Day.
